Our Story
NPR was founded in December 2015. From day one, every member of the team was a seasoned professional — specialists who had honed their expertise at some of Korea's leading PR and marketing firms, bringing anywhere from three to twenty years of experience to the table. Alongside these veterans, NPR also welcomed professionals from diverse fields who were making their mark in communications and marketing for the first time.
NPR began with just five people. Within a single year, the company had grown into a team of more than ten — earning industry-wide recognition for its expertise throughout 2016. A company's worth cannot be measured by headcount alone, but this growth carried special meaning precisely because it was achieved through the shared commitment of every single member of the NPR family.
In an era of convergence — where PR, marketing, digital, and media continue to blur and merge — NPR firmly believes that clinging to the old frameworks will only lead to stagnation. A new era demands a new structure. That new structure is NPR's core value, and we believe it is the very reason a young company like ours has been able to grow with such momentum.
To bring that new structure to life, NPR was built as a new kind of organization — and we will continue to shape and evolve it, carrying the values and vision of every member of our team into the future.
Where We Are Now
Within just one year of its founding, NPR had built a comprehensive client portfolio spanning corporations, individual brands, and government agencies.
On the government PR consulting side, NPR has delivered projects for the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Korea Expressway Corporation, Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation, and Korea Employment Agency for the Elderly, among others. On the corporate side, NPR has served as PR partner for Electronic Land, Woongjin, CJ E&M, Lotte.com, Nielsen Korea, and Skyscanner.
In youth marketing — one of NPR's signature specializations — the agency has led initiatives including the SKT Campus Reporter program and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Future Youth Forum. Across major events such as the Seoul Motor Show, Seoul Arirang Festival, Korean Folk Arts Festival, and Gyeongbokgung Palace Night Tour, NPR goes far beyond traditional media relations — developing and executing comprehensive communications plans that seamlessly connect media, digital, and promotional activities, fulfilling the role of a true full-spectrum communications partner.
Because every aspect of PR is ultimately grounded in client service, we have introduced NPR through the lens of our client work. But behind the scenes, NPR has been equally committed to fostering a culture of coexistence — creating an environment where every team member can grow alongside the company.
We believe that a rigid, top-down management style is incompatible with the organizations of tomorrow, and places a ceiling on creativity. In pursuit of a structure worthy of the new era we are building, NPR continues to explore and define a genuinely new way of working together.

Life at NPR
There is still much we want to build and discuss together — but here are a few examples of what life at NPR looks like today. The people who shape our policies are NPR's own team members. We believe that the more people join us, the better these policies will become.

+ Flexible Hours for Personal Circumstances Adjustable start and end times to accommodate childcare, household responsibilities, and personal needs
+ Flex Time for Overtime Those who work late may adjust their start time the following day accordingly
+ Compensatory Leave for Weekend Work Additional leave granted separately from standard annual leave for weekend working
+ Maternity Protection Policy Reduced working hours for pregnant employees within the first 12 weeks or from 36 weeks of pregnancy
+ Sabbatical Leave Program One month of paid leave granted upon completion of 3 consecutive years of service
Where NPR is Headed
Many worry about the future of media. Many worry about the future of advertising and PR. But no one is saying these fields have no future.
The question is simply this: how quickly and how nimbly can you prepare for what's coming?
NPR is a company that let go of the old order and chose to start fresh. We are still in the early chapters of that journey — but with the hearts of every team member beating as one, we move forward, one step at a time, toward the future we are building together.

Problem Solvers
NPR aspires to be a company where independent communications professionals coexist and thrive together.
We are looking for people who take ownership — those with the drive and the optimism to face challenges head-on and resolve them proactively. Together, we want to build a better kind of company.
Masters of Coexistence
NPR was founded on a simple but deeply held belief: that a company should never reduce the people within it to mere parts of a machine.
We want to grow with people who find meaning in coexistence — those who cherish the journey of life and the relationships that make it worthwhile.
Self-Leaders
At NPR, we don't believe in being just another "company employee."
We want to build the future alongside people who think and act like CEOs of their own lives — those who can set their own goals, manage their own resources, and strike the right balance between productivity and reward, between rest and growth.
